  Very quick to put together soup even though the recipe list looks long. Tasty too.
  Used a stick blender in the pot to save dirtying an additional pot.

  This was delicious!! I kind of just eyeballed everything as I cut this back some so I think I added a tad bit too much vegetable stock. My soup was a little thinner than I thought it would be BUT the flavor was great! Really good with a few dashes of hot sauce as well :-) Topped with some chopped chives for color. Highly recommended guys!
