Recipe by Mrstcopper: Buttery Rice With Sauteed Onions/saved
It is as the recipe says, loaded with butter. I can feel my lips sliding off each other every time I purse them.
Normally my rice dish, of equal size, gets 2Tbsp butter at the end of simmer time to give it a nice satiny finish. This dish goes overboard with the butter for my tastes.
I tried to healthy this one up with the addition of Nutritional Yeast Flakes and a sprig of celery leaf in memory of Mr. P.
Recipe forgot the S&P too. I added some for more flavor.
A 4-star rating 'cause I just like rice.
Didn't use Uncle Ben's. And used bouillon.
Recipe has reviews bookmark and no IMI review string, until now.

Wow, that is a lot of butter! Seems half of that would be way enough.

I might try this, but per your recommendation, I will cut back on the butter :)
