Candied Maple/Dijon Bacon

    Of course this was good!
    I cut back the maple and dijon by half and had plenty. I even basted the bacon a couple times on each side throughout the baking. The texture of this bacon is great and I am definitely be making this one often!

    Mmmmm, candied bacon. I tried a couple of pieces when I made some for my sister and that stuff is addictive! Its wonderful how nice and sticky it gets. I had to put it away so she would get her present. That's a great picture!
