  Recipe by Keni: Caramel Apple Cider
  A nice spiced apple cider with a creamy taste like ice cream. Good hot or cold.
  Was looking for a recipe I could use some Dulce De Leche in. And fortunately I just happened to have purchased 6 bushels of apples.
  There is a whole lot of cinnamon in this recipe. Thought it might make it overpowering but it was not. Believe I'll try to reuse the cinnamon sticks by rinsing, paper towel drying, and dropping them in the bottom of a sugar container to help flavor the sugar and fully dry out the sticks so they can be used again.
