CaraSing's Goldfish Chicken Strips

    I made this a couple of months ago and and didnt get a chance to post it to IMI. I didnt have goldfish but I seem to always have Cheez-Its. I also didnt cut the chicken into strips. I just butterflied them to get them even in thickness. I also added garlic powder and chipotle powder to the cracker mix.......just cuz Oh, and I doubled the recipe. I like leftovers : )
