I was thinking that the ingredients for the chicken looked good even if there were no pickles although those pickles sure look easy enough.

I thought you did too, Marie....But I couldn't find it so I added it.....I too make the pickles so Les can munch on them whenever he goes to the fridge looking for something and I put them in his lunch...Loves them.
