I just gotta tell you, I made this again over the weekend for my grandson and his wife and they loved it as much as we do. I think that is the 4th or 5th time I have made it since you posted it. My husband is SUPER fond of the pickles. Thank you so much for sharing.

We went to our local Farmer's market this morning and Rick bought quite a few cucumbers & onions, so I made a double batch of pickles:) They are perfect to just munch on or add to your favorite sandwich...yum:D

Made this yesterday and it was delicious! The sauce was amazing, tangy, and the crunch of the pickles really made this sandwich...this is now my favorite "go to" pulled chicken sandwich!
