  Recipe by Watson 2167: Cheesy Egg And Rice Bake/saved
  I don't have a quiche dish. Used a pie plate. Recipe needs more seasonings. Made it using Cottage Cheese I'm doubling the S&P next time to pull out more flavor. Other than that the recipe comes out exactly to spec.
  Plated it as a side for some chicken and mashed potatoes and greens.
