A Small Suggestion ...

Kris, this is a minor thing but the "recent views" dialogue box is an irritant. It pops up before I log in, and I close it. I log in, then it pops up again, and I close it. And it pops up AGAIN when I go into certain sections of the site.
Is there any way you can get the dang thing to STAY closed???
    Thanks ~ Crystal :-)

Crystal, I am with you on this one too. I never use the Recent Views.. I wonder if anyone does anything more with it then to try and keep it gone? Does anyone in the group use it?

I use the recent views. Told you I was weird! Sometimes when I am looking at the recipes I forget to bookmark, but with this feature I can go back the next day and have a chance to find it again.

I have found that if you minimize it, it stays away until the next time you sign in.

I use it all the time. I even minimize it and close it when I don't want to look at it. It helps me keep track of recipes I might not have bookmarked yet.

I use it, too. lmbo. I always forget to bookmark recipes, so it comes in handy.

But I noticed if you wait to close it till after you log in, it doesn't come back until the next time you log out.

Yeah it should maintain its state (open/closed) based on logins/logouts. But in our upcoming changes to the site, we can add a "never show this" option.

The "minimize/maximize" has been there for at least as long as I've been a member here ...
