Cheesy Mashed Potato

Recipe by LaMinx: Cheesy Mashed Potato With Chives/saved
A nice mashed potato recipe full of flavor.
    Used home grown chives.
Found a recipe for homemade chicken salt. It's salt, chicken bouillon and a few other common ingredients.
    Used extra sharp cheddar cheese.
I was confused on the ingredients for the milk. I took it to mean heavy cream.
All in all a good recipe.
Added smoked paprika on top just for looks.
    Doubled the recipe without trouble.

I'm thinking they meant light or heavy cream as well. Paprika was a nice addition, looks great!

Could have meant whole milk or light milk too.

Wow, those looks so goood! I have a bunch of home grown potatoes to use up. I had better do that. Something like this looks yummy right now!
I was thinking it meant whole or 2% milk. Just shows how critical recipe writing can be. :)

I had some heavy cream to use up that I bought for another recipe that needed only 2Tbsp. So no harm no foul on my part. Spuds turned out creamy with just a few more calories.

    This looks absolutely wonderful!
I thought the ingredient was for heavy cream or light cream (or half and half). I will probably use half and half because it is readily available.
