Didn't do the salsa mayo as I didn't want to open up a whole can of Rotel and used this Thousand Island Dressing instead. I loved this really full of flavor burger! More on the recipe.

It was a little baguette that I sliced horizontally. Its a yummy burger and I will more than likely make it again.
