I made these yesterday and they are delicious! Review on recipe. A must try for pineapple/coconut lovers. ;')

I talked to my husband and he agreed to try one if I made them....he's being such a good sport! He says it's the texture, not the taste he doesn't like. That's weird to me but maybe he'll decide he likes it after trying these! Keeping fingers crossed....
