    Crab Swiss Cheese Crustless Quiche

    This was seriously good!! Almost like a souflé. I used real crab. I don't do imitation anything, sorry :) As far as the cheese is concerned I googled swiss and found out it is after all the emmental cheese.... Is that right? That's what I used in this. It was perfect.
    Next time I'll try this with shrimp instead of crab. I bet it is delicious too.
    This recipe might serve 8 as a starter, but as a full meal like I did with a green salad on the side served 2 (with a tiny amount of leftovers).
