Chicken Broccoli-Uniengs Style

    This recipe is up there as probably some of the best Chinese food I've made! This taste exactly like the Moo Goo Gai Pan I get from my favorite Chinese take out :) I was so surprised at how good it was. I didn't have the water chestnuts but had a jar of baby corn so I threw that in. I did miss the crunch from the water chestnuts though :( Doubled all of the sauce ingredients, which I'm glad I did, I always find recipes don't make enough of it! Sprinkled a little bit of pepper flakes over at the end. Served over zucchini ribbons, this is definitely a keeper!
