Chicken N' Dumplings

    Recipe by Luisascatering: Chicken N Dumplings/saved
    Made several variances in the recipe.
    It's a standard feel good comfort food well flavored.
    Used not organic BS chicken breasts.
    Doubled the recipe.
    Had some potato soup left over from yesterday and I told myself to use that instead of making fresh broth. It worked out well. Since I didn't have to drain the chicken, I cut it up in small pieces as well as the veggies.
    Dumplings came out exactly to spec. Made 3 dozen plus a few. They were light and fluffy.
    Didn't have to thicken the soup at the end. The potato slurry did a fine job of thickening.
    Just wish this recipe didn't come into rotation in the middle of the summer.
