Chicken Nacho Bake

    Wow! This was sooo good and sooo easy! It really only took 40 minutes from start to finish! Very few ingredients! I'll be making this alot!

    I have some flour rounds frozen that I can make into chips. Been looking for a use for them. Mother thinks she doesn't like southwest fare.

    I used plain corn tortilla chips...I think your Mother would love this because she and I seem to have similar taste in foods! Maybe use a mild salsa, if she doesn't like things too spicy.
