Chicken Salad
I have a lot of chicken to use up as the one I cooked yesterday was a five pounder! I cut the mayonnaise mixture in half here but one half of a chicken breast was wayyyy too little chicken when I stirred it into 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. I added the rest of the chicken breast plus a little more. Tasty though. Served it in a butter lettuce leaf but it would be good with crackers as suggested.

Tomatoes with this sound yummy. I can't wait until it is tomato season. That's one thing our governor is going to have to let me water - my tomato, potatoes and basil. :)

I don't think I've ever made a chicken salad that only had chicken and onions in it. The seasoning sounds good in this though! Great pics!

Yes indeed FA, I couldn't imagine not having fresh tomatoes this year...I don't think a few plants need all that much water? Cool on growing potatoes!

I save my shower heat up water and my dish rinse water in buckets so I have enough water to water the very few plants I have in pots. I wish there was enough for my little lawn!
