Chicken Tortilla Soup by Ang

    Is a very good tortilla soup. We have a crock pot full on low....for snacking and munching throughout the day. Fred is always hungry. He loves the sour cream on top and it isn't too "spicy" for him at all. Very good stuff and I like the smokiness from the hickory salt. And it was economical using legs and thighs. Very good stuff.

    Oh and I never make anything too spicy to begin with. If they need it hotter they can add more hot sauce. :)
