A money saving home made chili powder.
Had to make up some fresh Chipotle powder and ground Cumin before I could make this recipe.

And let me tell you, you have to let the powder settle when making Chipotle to keep from having a coughing fit.

You know, it is.
All the ingredients I needed were under $4 total. And I made 5 blends of spice mixes. Buying them all from the spice section of the store would probably cost $20 or so. And I have extra left over to make more blends.
