  This is delicious. I cut the recipe in half. My shrimp were not cooked so I cut them in half horizontally so they would cook in the final four minutes. I think this would be good over rice. Served this with coleslaw with my own dressing recipe.
  I'm finding I like cilantro if it has lime juice on it. How about that? :-)
