Chocolate Pudding Cake
This was OK. Its a cake with pudding for icing. I think it needs something else. Something on top - like raspberries. Or strawberries. Or whipped cream. Or all of the above. It is super easy, however, and I did need that. I didn't get much pudding sinking into the cake. I'm not certain how one can with instant. It firms up so quickly. Picture is of it in the pan because I took it to work for a party and then cut it up there.

Yes, it does look good:) Berries & whipped cream would be a great addition. I remember Mom making a cake and used Jello on top to sink into holes in the cake..it worked well, but was thinner than pudding...love your pic:)

I brought more home than I thought I would considering I work for a construction company and the boys like to eat. I sent some home with one of the guys for his kids as well. It wasn't too sweet. But I couldn't tell that any pudding made it into the cake.
