Chorizo Omelet

    Recipe by Cherriepie: Chorizo Omelette
    Had some chorizo left over from making chili the other day. Found a recipe in which to use it.
    It's a nice omelet. Comes out exactly to spec. Nice flavor. Don't need any extra seasoning. Like the onion flavor that comes through.

    Yes it does. Threw mine under a 550F broiler for 3 minutes and didn't look. It came out as brown as the bottom. Maybe back off by 1 minute next time.
    Think I enjoyed these more after they acquired room temperature. Definitely will make them again, as I have two more links to cook up. Even mother managed to choke down her portion.

    Liking them better today. Used up my last two links. Eggs on the stove top for 6 minutes and 2 under the broiler at 500F. Added a couple of ounces of sharp cheddar on top.
