Recipe by Cherriepie: Chorizo Omelette Had some chorizo left over from making chili the other day. Found a recipe in which to use it. It's a nice omelet. Comes out exactly to spec. Nice flavor. Don't need any extra seasoning. Like the onion flavor that comes through.
Yes it does. Threw mine under a 550F broiler for 3 minutes and didn't look. It came out as brown as the bottom. Maybe back off by 1 minute next time. Think I enjoyed these more after they acquired room temperature. Definitely will make them again, as I have two more links to cook up. Even mother managed to choke down her portion.
