I thought this was a great addition to our dinner tonight for sure! What an interesting combination of flavors and they all work very well together. Used chili powder instead of cayenne so the kids could eat it. Basil would work well in this too in place of cilantro :)

Now that is an interesting combination! Could you taste any of the honey or did that just add some liquid? It sure is pretty!

I think the honey made it a little sweeter, but it didn't stick to the cantaloupe, which was fine, I just stirred it up really good right before serving. I can't wait to try this with cayenne to get a really good kick :)

Wow, what a different way to serve cantaloupe:) We always have cantaloupe on hand during the Summer months..and eat it plain...but this looks really yummy! I may just have to try this! Love the addition of Cayenne as well..pretty picture Michelle!

I know Marie, I have never done anything with cantaloupe other than eat it plain, so this was a nice difference! :)

That's very cool Michelle! I recently tried a Mango Cilantro salad and it was surprisingly yummy and fresh too. I was quite impressed.

Yes the combo is great Janet! I bet pineapple and cilantro are a good match too....
