Cinnamon Burst Muffins

    I made these for my husband to take to work for him and the guys so I doubled up the recipe. Since they all have a huge sweet tooth, before putting them in the oven I sprinkled a little sugar over the tops of each one. I did leave some without so I could taste it that way, which I did prefer over the sugared topped ones....my kids on the other hand liked the sugary ones better, go figure! Oh, and I didn't have the raw sugar so I just used granulated. Very buttery and delicious!

    Thanks guys! My topping didn't rise to the top some like it looks in Keni's picture. I had 2 of these for a late breakfast today...just as good heated up in the microwave!
