I was craving something sweet last night and decided to try one of the many thousands of coffee mug cake recipes that are posted here. Unfortunately, a lot of them called for milk and I had none in the house. This one doesn't use milk. I used canola oil. It really should be in the instructions to let this sit for a few minutes before you dive into it. For one thing - I burned my tongue. The other thing is it gets more solid as it sits. The picture is a bit dark as it was getting late and my natural light was fading.
It looks like Marie made this one but I didn't see a link back to IMI so I posted my own thread.

Yummy, I do remember this, I thought it was pretty darn good for a quickie brownie! Great pic FA!
