  I thought this was the most interesting recipe when I stumbled upon it on Jaie's page. I love cranberries, pecans, and pie, so this one sounded like a definite winner! The only thing I don't like about pecan pie is that it is very sweet. In this case, the tart cranberries balanced it out nicely. It was so pretty baked up, too! And the crust - I tried the crust provided with the recipe and it was great - tender and flaky. So good!
