Crawfish Fondue by Keni

    keni, I made this for my Super Bowl party and it was a huge hit! I could see crab meat in this very easily if you have an aversion to crawdads (yes there are some people like that out there!)

    The only down side to the beautiful presentation in the bread bowl is that it doesn't keep the fondue warm for long...next time I will bring it to the party in my small crockpot made for sauces.

    I toasted both the sourdough bread pieces and a small loaf of french bread for dipping. Definitely a winner and it will be back for another party very soon!

    Me Too!! I checked out Keni's reicipe based on Angilina's review... Sounds like an awesome party dish.... I think it would go great with most any seafood you had on hand.. But it seems like the recipe is just made for crayfish... Thanks for the review....
