    Good chowder. Well seasoned. It does need a little thickening at the end but I ate it straight-up.
    Used home made cream of chicken soup. And used 4c creamed corn I froze from last years garden.
    Removed skin from chicken and frenched it so it looks like a lollipop. Makes removing the meat easier.
    Distructions didn't say to shred the meat so I left it looking a little clunky. Also missing is the cook time on the shrimp. I assumed 5 minutes.

    Mother couldn't eat it all chunky. Took a blender stick to it.
    And she's demanding more biscuits. Must have a good recipe there.
