  One more leftover from Keni Cooking Day! Well, actually one of two! ;)
  Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing/saved
  
  Oh, my, I could eat a whole bowl of this! Reminds me of the "ranch" dressing at Apple Spice Junction Cafe, which is the same color green, same richness, just different flavors. This would also go well with a non-salad dish, like grilled chicken, shrimp or salmon.
