Made this to go with your Southwest Salmon Salad - by far, one of my favorite EVER dressings! So flavorful and creamy! Only change was to use a few jarred sliced jalapeño rings and a bit of jalapeño powder as my fresh jalapeños went missing. I went with the olive oil option instead of mayo. Oh, and I used my food processor as my blender does not do well with creamy things - this is a pretty thick dressing, which is probably one of the things I love about it! :)
