this is an Old Bay recipe, and it's very good and very simple

I did double the pepper, but will triple it, next time for our tastes.

I also used fresh parsley and topped each serving with just a bit of cojita, just for presentation, not for taste, really :)

    served it with cumin rice

review and photo are on the page....mine looks nothing like Old Bay's stock photo ;)

I've got to get some Old Bay...never used it before!
I do have panko...love the stuff!

Careful with Old Bay. I've screwed up more than once using too much.

Old Bay is good. Just don't go over what recipe calls for.

    Bumping this!

Made this last night and it was delicious! Very flavorful! I wasn't sure if the jalapenos were supposed to stick with the egg wash to the chicken but mine did not. I was worried, but to my surprise you could taste the hint of jalapeno anyways! This makes a beautiful crust as well! I did use panko bread crumbs as Keni suggested, but I'm sure it's good either way. Also used fresh parsley as well. This was a great recipe and thanks Sharyl! Also Posted a pic.

Oh and BTW the old bay was perfect in this but yes as above don't do ANYMORE than what the recipe says!
