    Made this for an early dinner. I doubled the recipe since I had 7 breast. I thought that it might be spicy with the jalapenos but they didnt stick to the chicken. There was a slight hint in the end but thats all. I think I would cut them up much smaller next time so some might stick. I did not have fresh parsley so I used dried. I also used Panko bread crumbs (first time using them). This came out super crispy. I was worried that it might be dry. They weren't at all. Very moist. This was excellent. Thank you sharyl4 for a great recipe

    I served it with couscous. First time ever having/making it. Undecided on that. It was different. Filling, though. I think I need to experiment with it

    Don't give up on couscous....I love it. It is so quick and versatile. Love the crispy panko crumb review....makes for a great dish IMHO. Always love a good chicken review. I'm all for a new dish....mild is good with the Mister in this house.....he doesn't not like spicy at all.

    Looks good, thanks for bringing it to attention Mrp! Nice pic. I bookmarked it to try but felt like I had to go through & trim my list bc I have 800 or so, yikes! I've tried 100+ so that's a small dent.

    I remember this one! I remember being really surprised that my jalapeno flavor came through but mine was a REALLY spicy jalapeno so not sure if that helped. Good to hear you tried couscous. Yes keep experiment with it and it is a very different texture than you've probably ever had. It may take time to you get used to.

    And, as much as I love me some side dishes ... I'm not a couscous fan. hehehe ... quinoa, I do, but not couscous, for some reason.

    We're tater eaters, though, so most of my "sides" are gonna be a veggie something or other, cus we've already got taters on the table, somewhere. Or biscuits/bread.

Think by now I would learn not to take a breath when taking a bite. Those little suckers shot right down :O They are quick to make. I just need to figure out what to do with them

    I will use more jalapenos next time. Oh and I didnt use a fresh one. I had a small can of diced ones. Maybe thats why it was so mild. Still had great flavor...
