Crock Pot Maple Country Ribs

    These were very tasty, and very SWEET! I think doubling up on the ketchup is in order, to cut the maple syrup a little more. Sauce was also a little thinner than I'd had liked. Didn't stop us from devouring it, and Michael had seconds :) Oh and these were fall of the bone tender. Served over zucchini and carrot noodles along with asparagus on the side.

    I would have a hard time using a whole cup of maple syrup. It is so expensive! Those do sound good though. Love the colorful "noodles." :-)

    I never would have made this if I bought maple syrup at the regular store, I agree, it's too expensive! Luckily Sam's now carries the pure stuff for super cheap. I stocked up on like 5 bottles of it in case they stop carrying it lol :P Thanks ladies :)
