    These go together so quick!! I had both leftover chicken and pork loin so i just chopped up both and mixed them together. I used my own homemade salsa and shredded Mexican blend cheese. About half of my corn tortillas split on the sides during the baking process. Not sure if it was because of the brand or the freshness of them? They smelled perfectly fine. Anyway, regardless these are delicious and great dipped in sour cream and guacamole :) :) Added my pic.

    Yes, these are very nice. And they reheat very well, too. I love your picture! Mine got a bit browner than I wanted. I got sidetracked by something and forgot to check at 15 minutes, darn it. I like the freezing idea!

    I can see how these can over cook! I checked at 15 minutes and they were still kinda soft so I set the timer for 3 minutes and wow they had browned up and had gotten super crispy in that short time! You really have to watch these lol!
