Curried Pumpkin-Cauliflower Soup by Juels

    This is my review, which I also added to the recipe page;

    I made this enticing soup for dinner tonight, and was pleasantly surprised at just how delicious it was! The pumpkin and cauliflower married beautifully in texture and taste. The curry I have is from the Middle East, so I just used 1.5 to 2 tsps. And it just got better with the addition of the cream and sugar! The garnishes of yogurt and cashews are a must!
