Damn Good Lamb Chops
When I have lamb, I want lamb. I don't want feta cheese, or spinach or mint. Just lamb. This was perfect for that.

I have had really good lamb and to be polite, not so great lamb. I think it depends on how it is fed, graded and the type of breed it is as well. It definitely has its own distinctive flavour.
