Dijon Mushroom Potatoes

Recipe by Chefmeow: Dijon Mushroom Potatoes/saved
Too much pepper. Did not let me enjoy the rest of the ingredients flavor. I would cut the pepper by half and add some salt next time.
That said, this could be a good recipe. I did double it. Added some cheese into the veggies at the end of saute.
Put in a 9x13 casserole dish and reheated at 400F for 20 minutes.
Plated it with a spicy chicken sammie.
I was saying to myself, self, I said, this is too much pepper. But I went ahead and put in the requisite amount. I should learn to follow my instincts instead of being so OCD about following the recipe.

Interesting. A hot potato topper. I'm not into mushrooms so this doesn't work for me but that does look like a lot of pepper. I do that, too, sometimes - make a recipe even though I know something is off and I know I should fix it.

Lol, I like how you talk about talking to yourself :) We are big black pepper fans, so we probably would have love that full teaspoon! Not sure why there is not salt in the recipe, maybe because of the beef broth? Anyway sound sounds delicious otherwise, and I would add cheese too :)
