I made these by mamakeith to use up some leftover canned corn from last night. A good, basic recipe that made a tasty lunch for today. I got six silver dollar size fritters from a half a can of corn (a half batch).

Yup, that is mine. I need to pick up a couple of white plates, I think my pictures would look better. I have that greenish stoneware and it casts a funny shadow sometimes in pictures.
