Easy Garlic Rice

  Chefmike needs to watch his dirty little mouth. I thought this rice was great! Mine took about 20 minutes, hint of why the recipe say's OR when liquid is absorbed. Nice change to just making some plain ol' white rice! My little guy had seconds, which means a lot, he is not a big eater. I used fresh thyme and I forgot to stir in the parsley at the end, meant to though! Served with some beef fajitas :)

  That's great your son liked it! Did you use all 3 cloves of garlic too? This looks like it would be good with some lemon juice in it, and served with a Mediterranean meal :)
