I'm always looking for ways to liven up BL/SL chicken breasts. I baked the chicken along with sweet potatoes and fresh rosemary. The aroma was mouthwatering. It was a bit to sweet for me, but my husband and guests loved it. It kept the chicken moist and flavorful, delicious. Thank you for the recipe DIZ3. It is a keeper.

Eastcoaster, you made my day! :) Thank you for trying my recipe! I'm really glad it worked for you, especially since you served it to company. You're a brave person to try something new on guests.

Frankieanne, this won't taste like store bought Teriyaki sauce. At least, I don't think it does. I only use a scant amount of ginger so it has a slightly different flavor.

OK, well that is a good thing if it doesn't taste like store bought Teriyaki sauce. Not really my favorite thing. I'll have to give this a go on something.
