I'm always looking for some way to liven up B/L, S/L, chicken breasts. I used this marinade and very happy i did, for me it was a bit sweet, but my husband and our guests loved it. It really kept the chicken nice and moist and flavorful,i baked them in the oven along with roast sweet potatoes, and some fresh rosemary. The aroma was mouthwatering. Delicious. Thank you for the recipe DIZ3.
