    Easy Italian Herb Focaccia

My first attempt at focaccia. It has a little more of a bread quality than the chewier stuff I'm used to buying at the store. I don't know which quality is right. Will just have to start making a lot of different focaccia recipes to get a good feel for the qualities.

I liked the bread a lot. Of course I made a couple of changes. Simmered some garlic in the olive oil. Added some pepperjack and mozzarella cheeses to the parmesan and Italian herb toppings.

The dough is a stick sort when stirred up well. Coat your hands with olive oil to press the dough out in the 9x13 baking pan and you'll have no problem at all.

Garlic infused oil scented the bread as well as the house wonderfully.

The stick sort is supposed to be sticky sort.

Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it. The mozzarella sounds like a great idea. I'm going to try that next time.
