    Recipe by Midgelet: Easy Macaroni And Cheese

    VELVEETA ALERT, VELVEETA ALERT, VELVEETA ALERT

    A whole 2lbs of processed cheese spread in this dish yields a heavy smooth cheesy flavor.
    I used the Walmart knock-off brand for Velveeta.
    Recipe filled up the 9X13 flush to the top. Had a 10X15 standing by just in case. In hind sight I could have used a drip pan. Had a little leakage but not bad.
    Start checking the casserole early so it doesn't get too browned on you.

    That is a lot of cheese! A very large recipe, too! I'm not a Velveeta fan either, but keep a box on hand just for the purpose of making mac 'n cheese. This recipe is a classic and it brings back a lot of memories. As a child we always had mac 'n cheese with salmon patties.
