oh I meant to write that in the review! I ended up using a cranberry/strawberry cause that's all I had. I think pretty much any juice under the sun would work great!

thanks guys, I do too, luv, but I think the color of the juice is part of the color of the finished jam :) Mine was a very "purple" juice :) I LOVE cranberry, and contemplated using that. :)
