    Egg Salad

    This was my first ever taste of egg salad. Enjoyed it very much and I can understand why it is so popular.
    I had to quarter the recipe (used 3 boiled eggs), so pretty much had to eye ball the rest of the ingredients and keep tasting. Used regular worcestershire and added a sprinkle of garlic powder to the mayo since I only had regular dill pickles.
    Paired this salad with a rocket and lettuce salad and a grilled tuna steak. Yummy stuff!
    Ate the whole thing before I realised I should have taken a photo :))

I make another one sometimes which Otterpond has posted which is also very good On The Run Egg Salad I make it minus the splenda though. You might enjoy that one too? Egg salad sandwiches ROCK as well!

    My mom used to make potato, peas, carrot and egg salad as a side to fried hake fillets.
