Egg Salad

- 1 dozen hard boiled large eggs shopping list
- 2 stalks of celery shopping list
- 1 green onion shopping list
- 1 cup of mayonnaise or to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire-flavored pepper shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. fine ground pink Himalayan salt shopping list
- 4 slices of sweet garlic dill pickle shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and dice eggs. Put in a large bowl.
- Dice celery, green onion, and pickles. Add to eggs.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over egg mixture, and stir to blend.
- Blend in mayo, starting with about a half cup and adding more as needed until blended and moist.
- Chill for an hour.
- Serve in sandwiches or plate as individual salads.
