Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel and dice eggs. Put in a large bowl.
  • Dice celery, green onion, and pickles. Add to eggs.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over egg mixture, and stir to blend.
  • Blend in mayo, starting with about a half cup and adding more as needed until blended and moist.
  • Chill for an hour.
  • Serve in sandwiches or plate as individual salads.

    I have never seen the worcestershire pepper, Karen! Do you think I could just do a few cracks of pepper and a dash of worcestershire in it's place? Love me some egg salad :)
