    Keni's Feta And Thyme Buttermilk Biscuits/saved

    I would say 90% of the time I don't make biscuits, I make hockey pucks, but between Keni's instructions and hints (freezing butter for 15 minutes and grating, not over handling the dough) I was finally pleased with the texture of my biscuits! I loved the savory flavor of the thyme and the saltiness of the feta in these. I did brush them with melted butter, but would actually skip that next time - they don't need the extra grease :)
