  A good minimalist recipe.
  I love 'shrooms and it gave me a chance to use some homemade chicken stock, creme fraiche and a few green onion that needed disposition.
  Plated with a slice of sourdough bread, some extra creme fraiche and just a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  A little salt and garlic powder will help this dish.
  Used spaghetti. That's the only long pasta I had on hand.
