Fetuccini With Mushrooms Recipe
Easy to make and very tasty. If you want something light for dinner, this is perfect. My family loves this.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • 500 grams mushrooms thinly sliced,
  • 550 ml chicken stock (liquid),
  • 400 grams fettuccine,
  • 6 shallots thinly sliced,
  • 2 tablespoons Thyme,
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large frying pan over high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stir often for 5 minutes or until slightly softened.
  2. Add stock and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile cook pasta.
  4. Stir green shallots and thyme into sauce, cook 1 minute or until shallots are tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  5. (I PUT A LITTLE BIT MORE SOUR CREAM TO TASTE)

i put oil, agnon, mushrooms and cook covered medium heat, added any tablespoons of vegetable liquid
