Fetuccini With Mushrooms

- 1 tablespoon olive oil, shopping list
- 500 grams mushrooms thinly sliced, shopping list
- 550 ml chicken stock (liquid), shopping list
- 400 grams fettuccine, shopping list
- 6 shallots thinly sliced, shopping list
- 2 tablespoons thyme, shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in large frying pan over high heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stir often for 5 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Add stock and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook pasta.
- Stir green shallots and thyme into sauce, cook 1 minute or until shallots are tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- (I PUT A LITTLE BIT MORE SOUR CREAM TO TASTE)
