    This was super good. I didn't have any cayenne which was fine with me as the 1 Tbs of chili powder was enough for me! I doubled the amount of garlic and onion powders, too. I had five pieces of chicken and used the whole 2 cups of panko and I still had a lot leftover. Probably enough for two more thighs. So there is plenty of breading in this recipe. I added a picture, but I don't really like it. All of the others were blurry! Grrrr.

You may want to brush the crumbs with more melted butter when you take it out of the oven the first time. I will adjust the recipe for that stage.
